They will enter an internet-based competition that the general public will judge in various categories such as 'Top VOIP software,' 'Top mobile video application,' etc. Judges will also submit their expert opinions on product favorites. The purpose is to put the spotlight on applications and the developers behind them that may not know how to get their product "out" if they are not backed by a major corporation. The culminating celebration and awards ceremony will highlight the sponsors and winners. The party after the awards ceremony will focus on building relationships with the contestants and attendees.
